Tuffdeck (Injection)

Tuffdeck injection type is made of polyurethane in wedge wire shape.
It is developed aiming at good dewatering result and prolonged service life.

Features:
• It is made of polyurethane thus has excellent abrasion resistance.
• For old metal products, sometimes they can be broken if worn. But this doesn’t happen to polyurethane products.
• Because openings are gradually wider from the bottom, they cannot be easily clogged. Moreover, due to double vibration of polyurethane material, dewatering can be enhanced.
• It is possible to manufacture hooks and fixture bolts, etc. for various installed machines.
