Tuffdeck (Cast)

Tuffdeck screens, both panel type (WS85) and edge type, have been specially reinforced from inside, and made from anti-abrasive polyurethane.
Both types of Tuffdeck screens have outstanding durability and machining accuracy. Tuffdeck screens can be used to screen the objects that have temperature below 80ºC.

Features:
• Having absolutely outstanding durability comparing with other material
• Having little clogged up due to tapered meshes, and being able to accurately classify objects thus the screens are very efficient
• Being lighter and easier to install than metal screens
• Having much smaller operating noise then metal screens
• Being made from soft material thus will not cause excessive comminution
• Incorrodible
• Having a unique structure that makes it easy to install on a vibrating screen precisely
• Reducing the maintenance cost by reducing the frequency of replacing screens
• Being able to replace the currently used screens without modifying the body of a vibrating screen (applies to edge type)
• Being able to partially replace used screens, very economical (applies to panel type WS85)
• Because screen surface is flat, not having arches, objects on it will not be spread around (applies to panel type WS85)

Tuffdeck can be manufactured upon customer’s requests, based on the applications of dry or wet levels of gravels, sandrocks, ores, etc. and the usage of dewatering, etc.
Other than panel type WS85 and edge type, Tuffdeck can also be manufactured to the following types upon requests:

• Screens that are fixed by bolts
• Screens that are used by drum screens (WS85 can also be used)
• Various anti-abrasion liners
• Injection types (suitable to tiny particles or dewatering process)
