Tuffclean

Tuffclean is a type of screen designed for preventing clogging.

Features:
• Tuffclean is a special screen with diamond-shaped openings. It can be used in both laterally-spread vibrating screens and longitudinally-spread vibrating screens.
• Tuffclean is made by aligning and fixing the corrugated metal wires with polyurethane strips.
• Because the corrugated wires can form openings independenly without being woven by machine, and then vibrations generated from the vibrating screen can be conveyed via this special wire shape. That will reduce the occurrence rate of raw materials being entrapped between or adhering to the metal wires, thus improve the efficiency and performance of the screen.
• Since there are no intersections as those of traditional woven wire screens, the screen surface is flat and this structure is able to resist abrasion.
