Perforated Screen

Perforated screen is a type of screen made by perforating on the material such as metal. When filtering raw material of large size, the traditional woven wire screens will get worn quickly due to large impact on the top. In contrast, perforated screen has high durability and long service life.

Staggered 60°,　Material (SS400 SUS304 high-tensile steel)

This arrangement is to perforate at the three vertices of an equilateral triangle and connecting the centers of the holes (the intersection angles are 60°). This arrangement is elegant and most suitable for interior decorations. Also it is often used for screening.
Most perforated screens are of this type. Usually this arrangement is preferred unless any particularly requirement is specified.

Staggered 45°, Material (SS400 SUS304 high-tensile steel)

This arrangement is to perforate at the four vertices of a square and the diagonal intersection of the square, therefore the intersection angles between the lines connecting the holes are 45° and 90°.

Centers straight, Material (SS400 SUS304 high-tensile steel)

This arrangement is to perforate at the four vertices of a square, therefore the intersection angles between the lines connecting the centers of the holes are 90°.
